We offer graphic and web design services directly to customers, predominantly in the southern UK, but also in the EU, the US and other countries.

We are based in Reading, Berkshire, in the heart of the UK and close to Heathrow and London.

A personal, professional service

While we love to meet many of our customers in person, but we also work successfully with overseas customers.

We make good use of IM products such as Skype, and screen-sharing systems such as Glance, so that you can speak to us in words and pictures, all from the comfort of your own desk.

Putting customer service first

Our aim is to build productive long-term relationships with our customers. I believe this is better than short-term gain.

We won't take on a project where we feel we can't add value. And we promise to always recommend the best course of action for you, even if
it means less business for us.

We only employ permanent members of staff, never contractors.

This means our staff get to know you and your project, and you won't be speaking to a different temp each week.

We invest

We invest in our own people, products and services, so that over the long term we are always improving what we can offer you.

We realize that in this changing world, there is much downward pressure on costs. So we embrace that by "productizing" what we once provided
as a service, and at the same time enlarging on the things we offer as a service.
