Our continued expansion has led to the need for two people to join our talented international team.
Web Developer, home or Reading based
Reading based: £22-£27,000 pa
We are looking for a PHP/MySQL developer to join the team.
You may be Reading-based, or else located in timezones GMT+2 to GMT-6.
You should be qualified to degree-level and have good skills in PHP and MySQL development.
We expect you to have at least 2 years' experience developing for PHP and MySQL, either in OOP or procedural coding.
You should also have a good working knowledge of XHTML, CSS and some JavaScript. Experience in a Linux environment (including use of bash) would be an advantage.
It is likely that you will have a strong enthusiasm for open source development, and a desire to work within a dynamic and talented team on innovative, fast-moving projects.
You will be working on a varied range of project work, including membership subscriptions, mapping, online e-commerce, workflow, multi-lingual systems, and other CMS functionalities.
Most of our clients are based in the UK but a number are based overseas. It is essential that you have good communication skills in English.
Support Engineer, Reading based
£18-£23,000 pa
We are looking for a customer-focussed support professional, to be involved in the following key tasks:

doing product demonstrations to new and existing customers, either in person, or by phone or Skype and using screen sharing software

training administrators in how to use TRIBiQ CMS

maintaining aspects of the TRIBiQ website, such as the discussion/support forum

performing website upgrades and doing minor changes for customers

maintaining our PDF documentation
-
testing new compilations of CMS packages
-
performing customer installations
-
providing feedback on product bugs, new feature requests and general customer comments
You may also be involved in troubleshooting domain name, DNS and other issues, according to your level of technical proficiency. You may also get involved in developing automated testing procedures.
We are looking for an individual who is comfortable dealing with customers, and who has a quality-centred attitude.
You must have excellent communication skills in English. A second language would be an advantage but is not essential.
