CMS Training

For clients who use TRIBiQ CMS, we offer training to ensure you get the most of your content management system.

Tribal can offer training anywhere in the UK or Europe, either on-site, or at TRIBiQ's offices in Reading, which are highly accessible from the Southern UK and less than an hour from London's Heathrow Airport.

We can also offer online training, using screen-sharing software, so that we can deliver training rapidly to anywhere in the world.

The training can be given in any or all of the following areas:

Administration

Administrators who need to get to grips with the system quickly: for example, you may want to be trained in basic editing and site management; or you may be a power user and want to use the Extranet functionality to make private content available using our advanced permissions system. Administrator training will give you a solid foundation on which to build your TRIBiQ CMS knowledge and practice.

Authoring

Authoring groups: you may wish to elect several Editors within your organisation, and ensure they all get the right training (this can help enforce corporate guidelines on how content is managed and presented). TRIBiQ will be able to give your staff the best advice to working throughout the system, creating links between content items, and how to manipulate content in a variety of ways.

Design

Designers have great opportunities with TRIBiQ CMS to create novel designs and use them as CMS templates; we'll train your designers how to get the most out of the system. At the end of the training session(s), your designers will understand how to produce 100% W3C Valid templates, template best practices, how to setup the most effecient and productive template production environments and much more.

Developement

TRIBiQ Developer Training gives your programmers and engineers a full, in-depth working knowledge of the system, with direct one-to-one training sessions with our own inhouse developers. Your developers may wish to modify or enhance the system; so for example, we'll show your developer how to build new Item Types for a bespoke system.
