Form Processing

Tribiq Forms lets you create smart online forms. Our forms are easy to build, can be rule-based, and are ready to integrate with back office systems. They are multi-language capable and create a full audit trail of form data that is available to administrators.

Form Creation

Forms can be created using our Flexible Form module. This is a professional-quality tool into which you can insert your own HTML and special command fields.

Without any programming, you can specify mandatory fields, fields that should be validated in certain ways, and sections that are derived from other sources of data, such as country or country/region lists from which customers choose a selection.

There is full multi-language support, and a single form can be created into which customer language-specific phrases are merged, so that users see the same form in their own language.

You can facilitate the upload of attachments, and easily add a captcha to ensure human submissions.

Tribiq CMS does not dumb down forms into prescribed components; but rather it allows fine-tuning by designers. Custom Javascript can be included, such as to implement rules in which the visibility of one field is dependent on another.

Data capture

Forms can be self-contained, and upon a successful submission the CMS will send the form data to the user and/or a nominated administrator email.

Forms can also be configured to send "signals", a signal being a kind of broadcast to other modules running within the Tribiq environment. This multi-module arrangement allows sophisticated systems to be built up from simple components.

Using our Form Input Handler, form data can be captured into one of a number of in-boxes in the Tribiq admin back-end. These conveniently split the incoming form data by language or the page from which the data came.

Recorded data, including attachments, is stored in the admin area for later access by authorized administrators.

The form data model is flexible; even though data has been collected, the form itself can still be modified, with subsequent captured data adhering to the new model.

It is easy to integrate with other back-office systems via customizable CSV exports. Combined with Scheduled Tasks, data can be exported and emailed at a predefined time each day, week or month.

Email Rule Processing

Rule processing is built in, and it is easy to set up an email rule based on some aspect of the form data.

For example, if the form contains a country selector, submitted form data can be sent by email to a predefined list of email addresses based on the country selected. Similarly a user might enter the nature of his enquiry based on a list of values, with each type of enquiry being routed to the appropriate company recipient.

Statistical Analysis

Multiple form submissions can be analysed statistically using Form Analysis Templates. These create graphs from inputs on a form that are based on Likert scales.

This makes Tribiq Forms ideal for processing feedback and questionnaire forms.

Textual inputs on such forms are handled too, such as for comment boxes, and presented in an amalgamated output.
