How to set up a Contact Form

Overview

If you want to hear what your visitors have to tell you about your website, about your company, questions or just a comment, set up a Contact Form to collect the necessary information and keep in touch with them.

Tribiq CMS offers you the facility to add Contact Forms to your website. You can create multiple Contact Forms with different fields and destination Emails.

How can I set up a Contact Form?

1. Login as an Admin and go to the page where you want to display the Contact Form.

2. In Slot Mode, click the "Add a Plugin into the Slot" button on the Slot where you would like to display the Contact Form.

3. For the "Plugin Instance in Slot at Item Level:" option click the "Select Plugin Instance..." button.

4. Select the "Contact Form" Plugin and click the "View Instances" button (or double click in the Plugin icon to see the Instances).

 

5. Select the "Contact Form (default settings)" Instance and click the "Choose" button.

6. Click the "Save" button.

 

How to set the destination Email in the Contact Form?

1. Click the "Setting for the Plugin Instance" button on the Slot where the Contact Form is.

2. Go to the Details tab and click the "Edit" button.

3. In the field "Send to Email address:" enter the destination Email.

e.g. enquires@yoursite.com

For more than one Email account, separate by commas.

e.g. enquires@yoursite.com,sales@yoursite.com

Click the "Save" button.
