Creating an HTML Page
Overview
For many websites, the most common type of page is an HTML Page.
An HTML Page can have CSS-based formatting, and can contain inline images and movies. You can make changes and preview them before the page is Published.
Each HTML Page can be identified by a unique name, an "Alias". The Alias forms part of the URL and can improve the page's visibility to search engines.
You can also define Meta data, define the permissions required to access the page, and set other options.
The quickest way to create an HTML Page is via the menu and the quick-add method.
How can I create an HTML page?
1. Login as an Admin.
2. Make sure you are in Edit Mode, then click button which looks like this:
You should see it in the main menu of your website, with a tooltip saying "Add a new Top Level Menu Item here".

3. Enter a Title and Alias for the new HTML page. Then select the Template you wish to use.

4. Click the "Save" button.
5. Your new HTML Page will be created. The CMS will refresh the browser to the new page, so that you can see it.
You may then want to edit the page, or access its settings.
6. To add a page at a different location in the menu, click the
button wherever you see it, and follow the same procedure as above.
