How to create Audio

Overview

With Tribiq CMS, you can upload an audio file and make it available for listening.  To achieve this, the CMS utilizes a small Flash player. If you need to add streaming audio to your site, perhaps from a speech or presentation, you should use the Audio content type in conjunction with the Content Type Audio plugin.

How can I create an Audio content item?

1. Login as an Admin and go to the Storekeeper.

2. Go to "Content" on the left menu. Double click the Audio icon.

If your website is Multi-Language, double click the Language Icon of your Audio File.

3. In the Actions toolbar, click the "Create a Content Item" button.

4. Fill in the necessary data of your Audio File:

• Meta Data. You will be asked for the Title, Description and Keywords of your Audio File.
• File. Here you will be able to upload your Audio File(s). You can upload to the Dropbox up to 5 files at a time. 
  Click the "Browse" button to get to your Files and then click the "Upload" button to get your File(s) into the Dropbox.
  
  
  
  Once your Files are in the Dropbox you should select the ones from which you would like to create Audio Item(s). 
  
  
   
• Template. Choose the Template and Skin to use.
• Permissions. You can make the Audio Files be private for certain groups or for Extranet Users.

5. Click the "Save" button. Your Audio File(s) will be created.

6. View your Audio Item by clicking the "View Content" button on the toolbar. The Audio Item will open in the parent window ready for you review and publish.
