Publishing & Version Control

TRIBiQ CMS allows you to preview content before you publish. Users can work privately on new material before making it live, they can hide content, and they can trash and recover it. Our system stores the history of every content item and you can see who edited each item and when.

TRIBiQ CMS allows you to work on content items behind the scenes, previewing them exactly as the end user would see them, before you click the golden "Publish" button.

Content can be time-limited; you can specify how long something should be live for, before you receive a reminder, or for it to be hidden or trashed. Selecting a previous version of a page (e.g the "Homepage" content from 2 months ago) is simply a mouse click away. Each content item displays a list of versions within the TRIBiQ CMS Admin Toolbar allowing for ultra fast routes to content recovery.

Or you may have even more people involved. You may have a circle of Authors, any of whom may write content for the site. And you require that content must be approved by one of a select group of people.

TRIBiQ CMS is designed for exactly this scenario. When you set up an Administrator, you can give them Authoring rights, and/or Publishing rights.

Authors may save their work once they have finished writing a piece of content. They can then request approval from their Publisher, who will review the new content, make changes if need be (or even delete the page), and publish the page to the live site when they deem it suitable.
